If you had a free day to spend any way you wanted to, what would you do?

I would get up early to watch the sunrise, go for a run on a trail or along the beach, and spend time with friends and family. Watching the very thing that gives us energy and life appear through the horizon, and experiencing the beautiful nature that we are privileged to have by running through it allow me to stay grounded and connect with the world. Furthermore, my friends and family have shaped the person I am today, and so spending time with them is really, all I need.

Which Sustainable Development Goal are you the most passionate about and why?

What’s the best part of being a youth ambassador for ACT 4 Global Change?

The best part of being a youth ambassador for ACT 4 Global Change is encountering new individuals and groups that are passionate about issues around the world. Forming new bonds, and collaborating with people inside and outside the ACIC community gives me motivation and inspiration.

What is your favorite quote and why?

My favourite quote is, "Experience does for the soul what education does to the mind." by Casey Neistat. This quote is very significant to me on a personal level. I believe that experience and education interdependent. One must both gain knowledge and experience them in order to fully understand the matter and live life to the fullest. I always try to venture out into the unknown, and take risks so that not only do I live my life to the fullest, but also inspire those around me to do the same.
